310 / 310S (1.4842 / 1.4825)

The 310 grade is one of the highest heat resistant grades of stainless steels. 310S is the low carbon version of 310. Due to its high chromium and nickel content, it has a great corrosion resistance even under very high temperatures.

It can endure up to 1100 °C heat in consistent use. The homogeneous elemental structure is crucial for the 310 grade materials in withstanding such high temperatures.
